Do I need an account to make an order?

Signing up for an account is not necessary; however, doing so allows you to also join our reward program 'CLOUT TOKENS' where you can receive loyalty points and referral bonuses. We often have promotions that are specifically for 'followers' and registered users

What are the delivery options? 

We offer one delivery option 

Do you ship internationally? 

NO due to what's going on around the world this time of the year we ONLY ship within the United States. 

When will I receive my order?

 Our suppliers ship directly to you from their warehouses so delivery times vary between products and products may arrive separately

Generally items arrive in 5-15 working days but please note that in rare exceptional cases during busy periods (such as Christmas) it can take up to 25 working days.

We will notify you when your item has left the warehouse and is on its way to you. For around 95% of our products you will also be able to track the process of your delivery online

I haven't received an order confirmation and/or shipping email 

We suggest you check your Spam folder just in case the email(s) have ended up there

We'd also suggest adding a Mobile Number to your account/order so that you receive Text Message (SMS) updates as well. If you would like us to resend the confirmation/shipping email please contact us via the Contact Us page
